Another Bond Coordinator Leaves

A second Bond Coordinator in as many years has resigned. Julianne Chard is gone. The Ann Arbor News reported this in their October 15, 2006 editorial entitled Incredible that schools ask for more money / Ann Arbor board unfit to manage funds. No wonder, after presiding over the fiasco that is the AAPS new high school construction project. Read more.
