These numbers were developed by Peter & Linda. These #'s are unchanged from the #'s distributed last fall. When we continue to add costs, we need to remember that there will be some cost transfers. Also, we generate the barrage of questions related to costs savings (my e-mail from yesterday.)
Athletic subsidy is based upon the amount provided last year (without 9th grade enhancements.)

In reviewing Volume VI of the Comprehensive Facilities recommendation, I find some important omissions:
1. No line item for busing. There will be transfer of some routes; however, we could realize added costs - possibly some where between $200K to $300K.
2. Lunch program - no cost reflected. Again, there will be some transfers; however, the program will experience some increased costs - expected to be $30K - $50K.
3. The athletic subsidy is not realistic - too low!
