George,
I have attached scenarios we put together last year for populating a new high
school. There were two purposes: First to show the possible impact on enrollment
at all three schools during the first three years that the new school is
open. Second, to show the possible impact on FTE transfers from Huron and
Pioneer and the need for new hires over the same period. The underlying
purpose was to create a plausible model to use as a basis for caclulating
the extent and time of new operating funds.
If this is useful, we will need to update the numbers as these were based on 2001-02 enrollments. This was in a BOER packet last year.

the pages as well.
